Welcome to write you are harry.

My name is Harry and since the very first Harry Potter film launched, my lovely children have taken to saying “right you are Harry” everytime I say anything! Therefore it seemed apt that I use this saying (with a slight twist) in my blog.

I am defined by my life long passion for business and how I view this world through a lens which places the triad of people, planet and profit at its core. With over thirty years of leadership and management experience, twenty of which have been spent running my own enterprises, my focus is now firmly in the area of entrepreneurial leadership.

Using my coal face business experience, academic theory and modelling along with a passion to use business for change, my mission is to help businesses make sense of the complex environments they now find themselves in and achieve real impact.

I have faced huge challenges over the my career, and have achieved more than I ever thought possible. I love stories and always welcome a chance to share mine and listen to yours, this fits well with my taste for great coffee in interesting coffee shops. My journey is very much ongoing, I look forward to sharing new stories either online or over that cup of coffee.
